The founding rule

We never ask for your company credentials. There is no field anywhere on this site or in the app that requests your crew-portal login. SmartRoster works exclusively from the roster PDF your airline already gives you.

What we collect on this site

• Waitlist form: your e-mail, airline and (optionally) fleet — used only to send you a beta invite. No newsletters, no sharing with anyone.
• Roster PDFs you submit: used for exactly one purpose — building and validating the roster reader for your airline's format. They are never published, never shared with third parties, and are deleted once the reader is built.
• No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels.

What the app stores

• Your roster and settings live on your device and work fully offline.
• Cloud sync is optional (account-based) and exists to back up your data and enable social features.
• Your roster is visible only to friends you explicitly accept — and sharing is mutual. You can opt out of sharing entirely and keep using the rest of the app.
• Staff numbers and phone numbers are never shown in any list — contact details are only exchanged between two pilots after both agree to a swap.

Deleting your data

Delete the app and local data is gone. If you created an account, you can clear your cloud data from the app; for full account deletion, reply to any of our e-mails and we'll remove everything.

Independence

SmartRoster is an independent product built by line pilots. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline. It is a personal organization tool — always verify duty and legality information against your company's official documents.
